Main responsibilities and assignments:

Guarantee time attendace within the KPI proposed Documents Generation and sending of PIN to Exporters within the deadline published Prompt release of CE Mercante when original bl and payment is received within the deadline published Printing and Release of BL (s) Export Guarantee that the system is showing the accurate information related to BL issue and release Daily operate the Express Release tool and monitor its results twice a day Be available at wave platform to guarantee fast BL release Maintain BL forms in security and guarantee stock levels in all agencies Notify customer request errors Archive documents timely and accurately Be the facilitator between customer, import & export teams related to documents & BL management
