A luxury safari lodge situated in the renowned Sabi Sands is seeking a professional, guest-focused Front Office Lodge Anchor to join their hospitality team.Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related qualification

3 Years' experience in a Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception, or Lodge Anchor role within a luxury lodge or 4/5-star hospitality environment

Exceptional guest service and communication skills

Valid South African driver's license

Own reliable transport (advantageous)

Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Basic computer literacy and experience in any hospitality systems
