Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall performance of the Main Line Fryer, Dryer, Blancher, Ingredients, and the results produced.
- Starts up and monitors the operation of the equipment.
- Maintains oil, heat, and speed levels of the Fryer.
- Monitors product color, texture, shape, weight, and controls waste.
