Elevate community programs as a Clinical Manager at FSO in Ottawa, ON. This role focuses on strategic management of Family and Counselling Programs with emphasis on ethical service delivery.
As a member of the FSO Leadership Team, you'll lead the operational oversight of programs catering to families affected by complex issues, including child protection involvement. You will ensure staff are equipped to deliver trauma-informed care while managing budgets and overseeing program performance to meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical supervision and support to programme staff
• Enhance the quality of family support services
• Develop community-focused outreach activities
• Engage with stakeholders for collaborative service solutions
• Maintain compliance with reporting requirements and regulations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven management experience (3–5 years)
• Experience in trauma and mental health
