HireArt is helping May Mobility hire Autonomous Vehicle Operators.
Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) are safety‑critical, frontline operators responsible for monitoring and supporting the performance of autonomous vehicles during live passenger service and testing operations.
This role is not traditional driving. It is a blend of real‑time oversight, safety intervention readiness, detailed event reporting, and rider‑facing professionalism.
AVOs are expected to maintain constant situational awareness, respond calmly under ambiguity, and provide clear technical feedback that supports engineering and operational improvement.
This is a contracted role with required completion of online training and an in‑vehicle certification program prior to full deployment.
