Availability
- Monday to Friday availability required
- Flexibility to work events, weekends, and occasional evenings is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and supervising cafe operations during shifts
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Leading by example and supporting team members
- Opening and closing the cafe when required
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Ordering stock and supplies for the cafe.
