CICAPP is seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to enhance mental health services across Vancouver Island. Your role includes working with the Pediatric Ambulatory Care Service and participating in programs like the Mental Health Day Program. You will collaborate with another psychiatrist while providing support for mental health initiatives in local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telepsychiatry outreach to underserved areas
• Provide consultative support at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital
• Engage in the Mental Health Day Program for children
• Participate in the Early Psychosis Intervention Program
• Collaborate with local Child and Youth Mental Health Team
