Support essential procurement functions at Blakes as a full-time Clerk in Montréal. This role includes overseeing maintenance coordination and ensuring office supply availability.
In this position, you will report to the Director of Procurement and Premises, actively contributing to various office services. Responsibilities include managing vendor communications, organizing inventory, and promoting a safe working environment that aligns with ISO protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and inspect the office premises regularly
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance needs
• Manage the procurement and distribution of supplies
• Respond to vendor service requests efficiently
• Assist during office relocations and new member setups

• College diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience
