Elevate farm operations as a full-time Farm Supervisor in Abbotsford, BC. You will oversee the work of farm workers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily agricultural activities, ensuring the safety of all operations, and keeping detailed logs of work. The position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 7 months of experience in agricultural settings. This job necessitates physical presence at the farm and does not offer remote work options.

• Coordinate the clearing of fields
• Supervise farm workers and harvesting teams
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate logs and production records
• Train and manage new employees as required
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary (high) school diploma
• 1 to less than 7 months of related experience
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Willingness to work in a dusty environment
