As a Senior Liquor Store Associate, you will report directly to the Liquor Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include excellent customer service, accurate transaction processing, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Process sales, refunds, and activations at the register
• Ensure the register drawer is balanced after each shift
• Stock and rotate merchandise to enhance the shopping experience
• Keep the store environment clean and organized
Requirements:
• Liquor retail experience preferred
• Required Serving it Right license
• Obtain WSET 1 accreditation within one year
