About the role:
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Almaguin Highlands Family Health Team (AHFHT) and provide primary nursing care to clients in Burk’s Falls and the surrounding area. In this role, you will be an essential member of the interdisciplinary care team, practicing to your full scope while delivering primary care and community health services across the region.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of the Almaguin Highlands Family Health Team.
- Monitor patient symptoms and outcomes, document observations, and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed or in accordance with established policies.
