Job Description

We’re after a Superstar to join our epic team, and help us take over the world, one burger at a time. If you tick this box and are keen to kick start a full-time career, we have the role for you! 
Alongside the franchisee and a team of managers, you’ll be responsible for organising and controlling the daily operations of a fast-paced food establishment. This includes both traditional retail management and overseeing our restaurant-style service delivery. 
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of 5-15 staff across shifts, including kitchen and front-of-house.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
Oversee staff rosters, training, and performance to maintain a high-function team.
Follow and monitor operational policies, health & safety, food handling protocols, and Operational Systems Standards.
