Responsibilities
- Greet customers and inform them about promotional deals
- Provide suggestions and information to customers on product selection
- Lead customers through entire purchasing procedure and process cash out
- Respond to and handle customer issues by using good judgement and logic in solving problems
- Basic jewellery cleaning for customers
- Daily stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Apply and maintain correct labels on merchandise
