Protect the Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority as a full-time Security Worker. This role offers training in security protocols while ensuring safety across all properties.
Reporting to the Supervisor - Client Services, the Security Worker is essential for maintaining a secure environment at the hostel and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates have experience in security or are eager for training, possess good judgment, and have strong communication skills. Your work will often include emergency procedures, inspections, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide security for assigned buildings and properties
• Conduct hourly checks and report maintenance needs
• Document incident reports and update the SOIR system
• Use and monitor CCTV surveillance equipment
• Assist clients with directions and transportation needs
