About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Line Cook for a stylish, high-quality restaurant near Amstel Station in Amsterdam. This is a dynamic, team-oriented kitchen known for its lively atmosphere.
You will join a strong team, typically with three chefs per section (hot/cold) per shift.
Your Role
You will start in the cold section and serve as a crucial part of the team. Your main duties include:
Preparing high-quality dishes and executing precise mise en place.
Independently running your station while maintaining high HACCP standards.
Willingness to work at the client's other 4 restaurants in Amsterdam to guarantee your contract hours.
Growth: You will have the opportunity to move into the hot section with a corresponding salary increase.
