Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO, ND, PA, or ARNP) to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue, and Kirkland locations. Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training or an A4M Fellowship.
