Shape the future of fundraising at UBC’s Faculty of Medicine as Associate Director in Development & Alumni Engagement. Engage donors and implement strategies to elevate major gift initiatives.
As the Associate Director, you will manage a significant major gift portfolio, aiming for an annual raise of over $1M. Your responsibilities also include working closely with faculty and administrators to devise fundraising strategies and enhance donor relations. With your experience, you will facilitate outreach meetings, ensuring alignment with UBC’s mission and objectives, ultimately driving support for the Faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of 75–150 potential major gift donors
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face visits for cultivation
• Develop comprehensive donor engagement plans
• Coordinate donor meetings and track progress towards goals
• Produce solicitation materials and manage stewardship efforts
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree
