Job Description
As a Funds Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds and leading key business initiatives:
Lead the preparation of fee proposals and RFP submissions for alternative investment funds across real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure asset classes.Coordinate the complete client onboarding process, including AML/KYC analysis, compliance approvals, bank account opening, service agreement preparation, legal document review, and Luxembourg regulatory filings until handover to operational teams.Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration across internal and external parties, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of any blocking points.Oversee team performance through coaching, daily work management, and mentoring to ensure consistent delivery and professional development.Dr...
