Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist in the GAIN Community Team is responsible for providing assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment, and developing interventions for older adults affected by the emotional, psychological, and physical impacts of aging.
Responsibilities
- Participate as a geriatric assessor in inter‑professional Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA)
- Complete clinical triage for new referrals
