The Galaxyland Duty Manager is responsible for assisting in the supervision of staff and ensuring all responsibilities are being met and all staff are trained adequately.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing daily leadership and supervising all Ride Operators, Game Attendants, Cashiers, Drive Attendants and Supervisors.
- Assisting with recommending, designing and implementing of staff training programs and procedures.
- Conducting daily routine walk-throughs of the park to ensure productivity and customer service.
- Assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of all Ride Operators, Game Attendants, Cashiers and Drive Attendants.
- Completing opening and closing duties and ensuring all operational needs are being met.
