They ensure daily output quotas are met, manage workflow, and maintain strict quality standards across cutting, stitching, and finishing stages. They also train factory workers, troubleshoot machine issues, and enforce workplace safety compliance.Key Responsibilities1. Production ManagementExecute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to hit target output.Balance assembly lines by evenly distributing tasks to prevent workflow bottlenecks.Monitor machine utilization and arrange quick repairs or adjustments as needed.2. Quality Control & AssuranceConduct routine inspections across production stages (cutting, sewing, finishing) to identify and correct defects quickly.Ensure finished goods meet client and industry specifications.Foster a Right First Time culture to reduce fabric waste and rework.3.
