Job Description
What you’ll do:
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand.
Manage the Macklin Gas Bar/Liquor Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
Lead the Macklin Gas Bar/Liquor team, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide effective direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, talent management and oversee recruitment.
Purchase and market convenience store as well as liquor merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You have a Grade 12 education.
You have 3+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
