Job Description
DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced General Manager II to oversee warehouse and distribution operations at their North York, Ontario facility (M3J 2W3). This senior leadership role is responsible for the full scope of warehouse operations, strategic process development, team leadership, customer relationship management, and site Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support while developing a strong team culture
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
