Job Description
**The Role**
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Mexico, the General Manager, Operations, will lead safe and efficient operations at the Morelos Complex, primarily at Media Luna. You will oversee Mining, Plant, Maintenance, Technical Services, and Planning, driving integration, cost performance, and a strong safety culture to consistently meet or exceed production targets.
