About the Position:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations for the San Francisco branch. You will lead a team of professionals, focusing on fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, and reconstruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the entire region, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in restoration services.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring excellence in fire and water mitigation, construction rebuilds, and other restoration services.
- Manage the P&L for the region, focusing on profitability, cash flow, and cost controls (both fixed and variable).
