Ensuring the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization; assuring compliance with personnel policies and procedures to create a good labor environment.

- Partnering with supervisors to engage employees.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding process with recruitment & training.
- Managing employee relations: taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.
