Job Description
Geomechanical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in 1D and 3D geomechanical modeling, as well as real-time monitoring for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. Specialist in building, calibrating, and optimizing geomechanical models for drilling planning, using advanced software both in-office and in the field to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, calibrate, and supervise geomechanical models to support drilling operations.
- Provide real-time technical interventions during critical drilling events, remotely or onsite, ensuring operational continuity and safety.
- Deliver proactive technical support to international and multidisciplinary teams, adapting to diverse environments and project requirements.
- Manage incidents and make high-impact decisions under pressure, mitigating risks and optimizing performance.
