Job Description
This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives in the farm animal segment and manages a cross‑functional team to achieve growth and profitability.
Responsibilities- To establish Virbac's commercial strategy for the next three years as projected in the 3-Year Operating Plan (3YOP) for the farm animal segment.
- To execute the budget and business unit plan for farm animals to achieve the established objectives.
- To agree upon and establish a work plan with the distribution channel, key accounts, and new channels in accordance with Virbac's commercial policies.
- To ensure the execution of global marketing plans.
- To establish the business unit's growth approach with current and new clients.
- To direct and project Virbac's commercial strategy in the farm animal segment through sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase product penetration and market share.
