Responsibilities
- Define, implement and monitor the business strategy aligned with global and regional directives.
- Ensure execution of the strategic plan with the sales team using pre‑established KPIs to achieve objectives across implementation, strategy and finance.
- Collaborate within the Strong Teams concept to ensure plan execution.
- Create product‑line marketing plans, applying performance, execution and financial KPIs.
- Develop market plans through Shaping and Marketing Development actions.
- Continuously analyze the portfolio in line with the market and global guidelines to maintain a competitive portfolio.
- Build omnichannel communication strategies, monitoring KPIs via campaigns in SFDC and Marketo.
