Job Description
The Human Resources Manager (HRBP) will partner with business/functional leaders at the assigned manufacturing site to influence the design and execution of the business strategy by providing consultative support and leadership.
S/He will translate the needs into talent and organizational plans, and drive for results by building organizational capability and performance.

- Builds relationships with senior level clients at the Tijuana manufacturing.
Is a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions
