This employment is not in Colombia and will require relocation to Nassau, Bahamas.
The restaurant manager will ensure exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and team support across our food & beverage outlets. This role is integral to driving guest satisfaction, supporting staff performance, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and high profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, café, and waterpark F&B locations
- Provide on‑floor support in the restaurant during peak hours or when additional leadership coverage is needed (this is NOT an office position)
- Maintain high service standards, ensure team accountability, and foster a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory, product quality, and supply ordering for assigned outlets
