Job Description
_**We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our**_- **commercial strategy, manage monthly and annual sales performance, and drive growth**_- **tool industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing**_- **sales operations for global cutting tool brands.
**_- Minimum 10 years of experience in the cutting tool industry (carbide tools, indexable tools, rotating tools, or related metalworking products).
- Proven management experience with a global cutting tool brand (e.g., Sandvik, Kennametal, Seco, Iscar, Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, Tungaloy, etc.).
- Strong ability to manage and control monthly and annual sales performance.
- Experience managing distributors, sales engineers, OEM/Tier 1 customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business-level English.
- Experience in the Mexican automotive, aerospace, or general machining sectors.
