This role focuses on elderly patients within the Hospitalist program, addressing both sub-acute conditions and chronic care demands. Lead care planning, work with a dedicated medical team, and provide autonomous clinical care to improve the health outcomes of older adults. Flexibility in scheduling, including potential on-call shifts, is essential for this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient care for designated older adult patients
