We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Release Manager to oversee and coordinate releases across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. This role is instrumental in facilitating seamless, reliable, and secure deployments across key business units, including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations.
Your day at a glance
- Release Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute solution releases across multiple environments, including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Deployment Management: Handle solution packaging, versioning, and deployment for Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O, leveraging Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, business analysts, and testers to validate release content and ensure timely execution.
- Coordination: Maintain release calendars, document change requests and liaise with business stakeholders for go/no-go approvals.
