Qualificações
- OEM account management (automaker), focused on Powertrain products;
- Lead the commercial team and PJMs dedicated to the customer;
- Coordinate cross-divisional activities for the automaker customer in the CV-OR segment;
- Manage technical Powertrain projects, focusing on timeline, cost, and quality, ensuring functional excellence and compliance with Quality Gates;
- Act as the direct interface with the Target Manager in Europe, aligning regional goals and objectives with global ones;
- Responsible for the customer’s commercial and project KPIs within the PS Division;
- Promote innovation events and identify business opportunities (pre-selling);
- Lead high-level negotiations during the acquisition of new projects;
- Strategic management of OEM contracts throughout the entire lifecycle (from acquisition to handover to Aftermarket).
