Global Filings Team – Associate Counsel
Team Overview
The Global Filings Team (GFT) provides centralized oversight support and execution of statutory corporate governance filings across JPMorganChase’s subsidiaries and legal entities. GFT ensures compliance with jurisdictional requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal policies by supervising, monitoring, and executing timely corporate governance filings. The team collaborates with Corporate Governance Contacts (CGCs), Third-Party Vendors (TPVs), and internal stakeholders to maintain the firm’s legal entity status and uphold governance standards.

This role supports the preparation and execution of periodic and event-based corporate governance filings for the LATAM and NAMR regions (excluding the U.S.).
