What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage Express Rail Service requests, carrier communication, QC checks, billing & costing.
- Support Canadian freight ops with docs like manifests, invoices & pre-alerts.
- Maintain accuracy in Cargowise for shipments.
- Update our auto costing database with carrier rates & transport zones.
- Track ocean imports & send warehouse notifications.
- Assist with cost tracking, remittances & billing.
- Monitor KPIs & support diversions.
