The position is based in Querétaro, México and is temporary with a duration of 6 months.
A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing- Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using internal frameworks and external survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Annual Compensation Processes: Support the execution of global compensation cycles including salary reviews, incentives, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with timelines.
