Overview
A Global Key Account Director with a history of developing $2m+ ARR clients into 8-figure clients. The role will handle Financial Services clients (75%) and Pharma (25%) at a circa Fortune 500 level. This is a Global Business Services Software provider, a major brand.
This is a Global Key Account Director role as part of an elite team that will handle 50 top global accounts (US & EMEA) with high visibility. A major global brand within Business Services (Tax, Cross Border Transactions, Risk & Legal SaaS).
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the vision for each account, owning around 8 major accounts and managing internal and external stakeholders in a heavy matrix environment without formal authority.
- Partner with the following teams: Product-Domain Sales Specialists, Customer Success (working directly with two per industry vertical), Product Teams, and Executive Leadership.
