Job Description
Main Responsibilities Monitor market activity by mapping the deal pipeline, tracking distribution results, and identifying other emerging market trends.
Support the DCM (Debt Capital Markets) team in preparing internal discussion materials, including current market conditions, comparable‑transaction analyses, and syndication strategies.
Compile marketing collateral for clients in collaboration with the DCM team.
Assist the Head of Syndicate in primary‑market sales processes: schedule investor meetings, organize book‑building activities, and coordinate related logistics.
Provide support for secondary‑market transactions as needed.
Conduct market‑side calls and briefings with investors to convey updates and gather feedback. Position Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field); expected graduation 2025‑2026.
