Job title: Global People Operations Manager
Reporting to: Chief People and Culture Officer
Location: Toronto Global Hub (Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Travel required: One to two trips to East Africa a year
Overtime Eligibility: Exempt from overtime under applicable employment standards legislation
