Global Product Operations Manager - Client Incentives
Responsibilities
- Product operations owner of client incentive system; settlement/payout process owner.
- Ensure the accuracy of incentive calculation results.
- Work with Latin American regional policy makers to translate client incentive policies or business needs into system requirements; identify system incentive auto‑calculation gaps and create product requirements for system improvements.
- Drive system calculation library adoption within policy makers, sales and clients.
- Standardize client incentive settlement/payout process and execute the process to ensure timely and accurate incentive settlement.
- Be the power users of client incentive systems and drive system adoption among key users, including sales, clients and finance via sales enablement, marketing content production, training development, etc.
