Job Description
Responsible for supporting global Supplier-to-Pay (S2P) operations, ensuring efficient vendor lifecycle management and timely resolution of supplier inquiries. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong supplier relationships, mitigating financial and operational risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and validate Vendor Cycle Management processes (supplier onboarding, maintenance, and deactivation), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor approval workflows and proactively act to prevent process delays.
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams (including offshore teams) to resolve cases and improve supplier experience.
