Operational Graduate Programme – Starting February 2027
Our 18‑month structured graduate programme gives you hands‑on experience from day one. Based across our Oceania Dairy Ltd site in Glenavy and Westland Milk Products in Hokitika, you’ll rotate across key operational areas, gaining a deep understanding of large‑scale dairy manufacturing while building technical capability, problem‑solving skills and cross‑team collaboration.
Throughout the programme you will work on:
- Improving processes and supporting engineering initiatives.
- Strengthening quality systems.
- Enhancing supply chain performance.
Who We’re Looking For
Graduates (or soon‑to‑be graduates) from engineering, food science, microbiology, quality, or supply chain disciplines who bring curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. You should be eager to challenge yourself, grow and contribute to operational excellence.
