Overview
The mission: Join Baubap as Acquisition & Growth Manager and drive the hands-on execution and optimization of user acquisition, scaling profitable users end-to-end, from first touchpoint to first loan disbursement while maintaining strong unit economics.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution, directly managing channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and other performance platforms, while overseeing and coaching a Paid Media Specialist responsible for day-to-day campaign operations.
- This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on campaign management with team leadership. You will drive testing strategy, creative experimentation and budget allocation to maximize high-quality user acquisition.
