Job Description
We are seeking a **Junior Accountant** to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting finance month-end close activities and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
You will work closely with internal and external consultants to provide necessary financial information and contribute to the preparation of annual calculations and informative returns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support with finance month-end close
- Prepare journal entries into the local accounting software (Contpaqi)
- Work with external or internal consultants or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper record keeping
- Assist with reviewing of general expenses, accruals, FX operations and other incomes, etc
- Download and Associate CFDI files to all expense's entries in MX books
- Prepare and cancel electronic invoices from vendors and customers
- Have knowledge of electronic accounting compliance in Mexico
