Cleveland Winery is seeking a Guest Service Manager to join
our Front Office Team.
About The Role:
- Responsible for delivering the ultimate guest experience.
- Be responsible for the daily operations of the Front Desk including and
not limited to guest checking in/out, billing and special requests. - Focus on administration of reservation, guest inquiries and daily tasks.
Be responsible for the safety and initiate emergency response when
required. - Provide training and lead new team members.
- Training and support provided by the Hotel's Manager.
