As the Guest Services Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly. Key responsibilities include managing ticket and pass sales, overseeing radio communications, and coordinating essential resources. You'll also assist with Snow School functions and contribute to the Rental Shop, creating a seamless experience for customers.
