MYTH: “It’s repetitive and boring.”
REALITY: Every room turnover is different. Some guests stay one night, some a week. Timing, detail, organization and consistency matter. You work with structure, but no two shifts feel exactly the same.
MYTH: “It’s easy work.”
REALITY: It’s active, physical and structured. Bed making, bathroom sanitation, towel replacement, refilling amenities — all completed efficiently within set timeframes.
