Job Summary
The Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance claims management solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
- Lead design and architecture of ClaimCenter solutions.
- Oversee configuration and customization using Gosu , business rules, workflows, and UI configuration.
- Define best practices and coding standards.
- Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and offshore teams.
